‘registrar@empowermentspa.com’ to your Contacts so it isn’t delivered to Junk Mail. If you do not receive your PreRetreat instructions, please email us so that we can get them to you as soon as possible.
This is a Boot Camp (i.e. you will be challenged and mentally stretched in new ways - the starting point for growth). From the time the retreat begins until the time it ends, you will have be ENGAGED mentally, spiritually, and physically. Make sure that you have uninterrupted time and space to fully participate.
